Happy days! Wall to wall Fords. Leant to drive in a XT Falcon 500, 1st car I owned was a mk1 Escort panel van that was thrashed within an inch of its life (good for awesome hand brake turns in Canberra's forests, rally was my love..) Since then Mk2 Escorts, Fairmont's, XR6 Turbo and limited edition FGII XR6 NA. I loved 'em all, still do. Ahh to be a blue blood.

Thanks for showing us. There were so many colour options in the 70s! I had an XC wagon I can't remember the name of the colour but I don't think I have seen another. It was called something green but looked yellow in sunlight, sort of like the flesh of an avocado.

I’m giving the Chanel a fail on this episode Howard. Considering it was about interiors, there was not much vision of the interior apartment from the seats. You stood there talking about all the work in the boot, yet didn’t show any. Wheel nuts. You made the effort to get down close to show them, but the camera man didn’t follow up and lastly the engine. Just a vague sweep of the camera over the engine bay. Sorry mate. Normally good productions, but not today.

Almost got a whole car here. I know that someone has bought all the original Morris Mini presses in the UK, and that you can purchase a a genuine roller for $20k aud. Be amazing if someone could do this in Australia, especially now that the country no longer has a car that we can really call our own 😢

Lower inner front and rear wheel tub pieces where the wheel tub meets the outer lower quarter panel and side body past the door on a Hardtop. Also maybe a part parcel shelf panel to repair the back edge where the tabs seem to rust away due to water build up on the outer side of the rear screen rubber.

XB sedan rear bumper is not same as XA sedan

Not restoring an XA XB or XC but still an interesting video knowing that these parts are available for who are restoring them.
